About Our Event

How do you avoid or get out of a burnout while COVID added so much pressure to our originally tricky work/life balance?

During this 1 hour workshop, Julie Villeneuve will genuinely address the taboo behind burnout and introduce the misconceptions: What is burnout? Who is prone to it? Julie will give you some simple effective tools that you can use in your daily life at work and with your family to help you avoid or get out of a burnout.

This event will be hosted on Zoom. Registrants will receive information on how to access the Zoom event the day before.
