National Board
The National Board is the governing body of the Women In Environment organization. We support Chapters through financial grants, the development and maintance of centralized systems and processes, as well as the setting the overall strategic objectives for WIE. We are grateful to be in this community and passionate about providing women with opportunties to connect and grow. We would love to hear from you if you are interested in getting more involved with WIE, in forming an Emerging Chapter, or becoming a sponsor.

Two years ago, I relocated to the Portland area to expand my career. As I was looking for organizations that would help me to establish relationships with other women in the environmental field while also becoming an active member of a community, I stumbled upon WIE. Last year we put on a walk throughout Mt. Tabor Park with local herbalists, which helped me understand the local environment. I am looking forward to more adventures with WIE.
