Come learn about the health and productivity benefits of prioritizing a balanced lunch and why plant-powered lunches are great for you and the environment. We will also dive into breakout rooms to connect, network, and share tips on how to make sustainable food choices for our bodies and the environment.
Full description including more details about the event: Join Seattle-based, Registered Dietitian, Liz Wyosnick MS, RDN of Equilibriyum to learn about the health and productivity benefits of prioritizing a balanced lunch for busy workdays. We will also explore why plant-powered lunches are great for you as well as the environment and offer real-life examples and shortcuts for prepping great lunches in under 10 minutes. You will have a chance to ask questions and engage throughout. We will then dive into breakout rooms to network and share other sustainable food choices tips with each other.
Liz Wyosnick MS, RDN is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a masters in nutrition science from Bastyr University. She owns the Seattle-based private practice, Equilibriyum. Liz is passionate about guiding individuals down a sustainable and health-promoting path by relying on research and science-backed dietary methods. Liz offers one-on-one nutrition therapy, corporate wellness presentations, meal plans, and text-based support.
