Difficult conversations in any workplace dynamic are inevitable. When faced with difficult conversations with clients, outside parties (regulators or opposing counsel, for example), or internally within the workplace, there are steps you can take to conduct these often uncomfortable conversations successfully. About the Speakers:

Caitlin Imaki, Attorney-Advisor, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Caitlin serves as an Attorney-Advisor in the Northwest Section of NOAA's Office of General Counsel, where she advises on matters related to fisheries, endangered species, and marine mammal laws. 

Diane Meyers, Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Weyerhaeuser Company. Diane works on timberlands, real estate, energy and natural resource matters. 

Tanya Nesbitt, Partner, Summit Law Group.
Tanya is a former Department of Justice trial attorney who now has a commercial litigation practice focused on environmental, labor and white-collar defense. 

Rachel Roberts, Associate, Beveridge & Diamond Moderator.
Rachel works on CERCLA, water rights, and takings, and helping clients steer complex and long-running cases to successful resolution.
