About this Event
A report published by the Washington State Department of Health stated that people are likely to see a decline in their behavioral health throughout the rest of the year because of COVID-19. According to the report, the pandemic and stay-at-home orders have caused a “surge in behavioral health symptoms” across the state, which includes elevated rates of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and insomnia.
During this Lunch-and-Learn, Dr. Kira Mauseth will discuss how the pandemic affects behavioral health in our communities and how we can build resiliency to support ourselves, colleagues, family and friends. Following the 30 minute presentation we will have 30 minutes for Q&A.
Note on Online Event Access: We will provide the online access information for the webinar 24 hours prior to the event to registered participants. Registration will close on September 20th at midnight. Look for an email on September 21st with access information.
